The California district court banned the sale of Samsung's Galaxy Nexus smartphone in United States. Apple suits against Samsung about patent violations. Apple says Samsung used some patent claimed technologies in Galaxy Nexus device. The same court banned the sale of Galaxy Tab 10.1 in United States couple of days before. Apple has been suing all the Android smartphone manufactures including Samsung, HTC, etc to limit the growth of Android Operating system. The court ordered Apple to bond $95m to cover loss to Samsung if in the future injunction be deemed wrong.
