Steps to create/add user account in Windows 8 Operating system.


Step1: Go to the "Start Menu" (by pressing the "Windows key" from keyboard) and Select the "Control Pannel"   (follow the screenshots)

Step2:  From the Control panel click on "Users" and then "Click on Add a User" for adding users in windows 8 (see below)

Step3: Now select the "More about logon options"  (see below)

Step4: From the next Window, select the option "Local Account" (see below)

Step5: In the next Window Fill all the required informations about the new user and click "Next"

Step6: Click on "Finish" to complete creating new User account in Windows 8
