Q: How to shutdown or Restart Windows 8?

The first time Windows 8 users my get little bit confused in finding the Restart or shutdown option from the Start menu. Here i want to show you how to Shutdown or restart the Windows 8.
To Shutdown/restart windows 8 , You can simply press Ctrl+F4 or Alt+Ctrl+Del at any time, and You should get the shutdown option (symbol) from Right bottom of the screen.

Step1: At any moment move the mouse point to Right bottom corner of the screen, and click on Settings. (see below screenshot)
